Sam Phipps
Sam Phipps is the Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator for Roses in the Ocean. She brings extensive experience in non-clinical peer led service delivery, peer workforce development, and lived experience leadership education within the suicide prevention sector. She is the Chairperson of Roses in the Ocean’s Lived Experience Advisory Group (LEAG), a member of the WA Mental Health Commission Systems Governance LEAG, and a graduate of Curtin University’s Valuing Lived Experience Educator Project. Sam is a passionate advocate for meaningful lived experience integration and partnership, and her approach is based in human rights principles.
