Tynan Narywonczyk
With over a decade of experience in the health sector, I've dedicated my career built on my own lived experiences of suicide, towards promoting mental health and suicide prevention. Holding a Master's in Social Work, I've had the privilege of leading impactful initiatives, such as the national men's lived experience of suicide network and various co-design projects.
My current role involves developing a Lived Experience framework to guide mental health, suicide prevention, and alcohol and other drug programs within NQPHN. Drawing on my personal journey and professional expertise, I'm committed to challenging stigma and dispelling myths surrounding suicide. I am blessed to be a dad and love the joy that comes with parenting. I spend countless hours trail running and exploring the natural beauty of north QLD.
Through my work, I strive to make a positive impact on individuals and communities by fostering open conversations, promoting mental wellbeing, and ultimately saving lives.
