Tahlitia McGinness is a proud Kungarakan, Gurindji, Ngengwumirri woman that grew up in Alice Springs. With a background as an Aboriginal Mental Health Worker in the inpatient unit of Darwin, Tahlitia has developed extensive expertise in supporting mental health and well-being within First Nations communities. Currently serving as the Healing and Recovery Support Coordinator at Danila Dilba, she is dedicated to improving mental health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Tahlitia is deeply committed to empowering individuals and communities, focusing on promoting healing, resilience, and a stronger future for First Nations peoples.
