Bethany Farley

Bethany Farley is the National Training Manager at Wesley LifeForce, Wesley Mission’s suicide prevention division. With over 18 years’ experience in community programs and cultural change, Bethany champions education as a pathway to resilience and inclusion. She holds an MBA and advanced leadership qualifications and works alongside communities to co-design trauma-informed, culturally responsive training that empowers local voices. Her passion lies in building capacity within refugee and asylum seeker communities, fostering bicultural leadership and creating safe spaces for lived experience to shape suicide prevention. Bethany believes sustainable change begins with collaboration and respect for diversity, principles that guide her work.
