Kate E Clements
• Kate Clements (she/they) is the Neami National Service Manager for the Healing and Recovery Service. They have a diverse background including complex mental health, youth work, sexual health and suicide prevention, having worked across New Zealand and regional and remote Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Kate is passionate about an inclusive, trauma-informed, collaborative and consumer-led approach when working alongside others. Kate began her career in mental health following lived experience and recovery, and has since completed her Bachelor of Psycholgy (Honours). She is planning on returning to study to complete her Masters in Psychology in 2026, and seeks to reduce the stigma around mental health and help seeking, particularly in young people.
