I am an NT-based Case Manager and Field Officer for MATES in Construction QLD/NT. Mates in Construction are a charity working in Suicide Prevention within the Construction Industry, delivering relevant trainings on-site to workers, and providing a 24/7 crisis helpline and ongoing case management. After working in the construction industry for 15 years myself as a carpenter, my passion is helping people access the support that they need, often in some of the lowest places of their life. I have my own lived experience of suicide, and am currently studying a Masters of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
