Kirsty also served as a helpline advisor on the national dementia helpline, offering guidance, comfort, and crucial information to families affected by dementia.
Due to her personal experiences, her true passion lies in providing emotional support to women experiencing the often-overlooked struggles of PMDD, infertility, and perimenopause.
