Esther Sole
Esther Sole is committed to supporting communities to translate research into meaningful suicide prevention initiatives. In her role at the Black Dog Institute, she leads a national initiative supporting Primary Health Networks to co-design and implement place-based suicide prevention strategies. Esther brings extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, systems thinking, and working in partnership with diverse communities, including LGBTIQ+ and First Nations groups. Her work focuses on turning evidence into meaningful action by embedding lived experience and local knowledge at the centre of program delivery.
